Items are sent by courier and should arrive within 1-3 working days once dispatched (please allow 2-4 working days for rural deliveries and up to 5 working days for South Island deliveries)

The relevant shipping method is selected at checkout. Please note that selecting the incorrect delivery method at checkout may void your order.

We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible, however sometimes due to courier delays these time frames may vary.

Returns & Exchanges

We want your shopping experience with Sôlt Interiors to be as enjoyable and seamless as possible. Our team ensures that products of the highest standard leave our warehouse. If however, you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at: hello@soltinteriors.co.nz within 48 hours of having received your order. We will then be able to assist you in rectifying the situation, either to arrange for a replacement, or refund.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

At Sôlt Interiors we understand that when shopping on-line it can be difficult to get things right all of the time so we offer a 100% money back service on all full priced purchases from our website.If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you can return it to us (at your cost) within 7 days for a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping). This will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.

HOW TO RETURN PURCHASES

The product must be in its original condition, with all tags still in place and you must have your packing slip that was sent with your order. Sôlt Interiors is not liable for any costs associated with returns and they are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Sôlt Interiors is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and return using tracked mail.

On rare occasions a refund may be declined. This should only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition or outside of the returns time frame.

For all returns via courier, please address to Sôlt Interiors, 363 C East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013. Auckland, New Zealand. Please package the product securely in a tracked courier bag, enclose your original packing slip. Your return will be processed within 7 working days.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Best efforts will be made to accurately maintain our stock levels online, however some items may not be in stock at the time of your purchase. If this is the case we will contact you via email to let you know, and will obtain an estimated delivery time from our supplier. You may choose to cancel your order or wait for the product to arrive back into stock.

Please note that during busy sales periods such as Christmas and the New Year, it may not be possible for us to re-order. If this is the case we will automatically your purchase in the full amount and notify you by email. Any other items ordered at the same time will be dispatched as normal.
